Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Caller to join our team on a commission-only basis. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, skilled in identifying potential clients, and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or self-sourced contacts.
Introduce the company’s billing services and value proposition.
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company criteria.
Schedule appointments or live transfers to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of billing services or willingness to learn quickly.
